Yes it IS why everything shuts down here!
Case-in-point! One day before SC was to get a WHOLE inch, they closed everything down! The next day, it never snowed!
If there are no hillbillies in the south, then where are they???
Right now we got 6 inches in Sumter and climbing! Wonder how many hillbilles will die of heartattacks from the shock!
And trust me, you have a hick accent and no I don't live up north. Been living down here for years. I just find you hillbilles funny.

@MalcolmXcrement thats not why everything shuts down. we dont get snow as much in myrtle beach, and its you northern dumbasses that take it all. its a shock that we get snow, and everything shuts down to ENJOY it. and we are not hillbillies, and in fact, i was born here and have a northern accent.
