Old Buicks = "Nail Head" 264 to 425 cid
Old Olds' = 49 thru 52 "Kettering" V-8 after their designer AKA "Rocket" Generally 303 to 371 cid
Old ford V-8's "flat head". Really nice old flat heads converted "Ardun Head" ( Hemi head ) if you were really rich. Currently very popular on the " Bonneville Salt" and at El Mirage dry lake outside Adelanto , Ca.

842HP out of a punched out 350 block? is this one of the rare 001 blocks? how can a standard iron block take that?

It has a main bearing support girdle.
It's a regular 4 bolt block.
Supercharged engines are not as hard on the block as making that much power N/A.
Still I don't recomend it.
