@JordyBT well observed: i originally trained in ITF taekwon do for 3 yrs b4 moving to kickboxing.

also, how much did it cost?

@yardkyle I am about 5' 9" - the bag stands at around 6'. It cost me £200, but that was 2 years ago.

it was filled with water at the time - but eventually sprung a leak!
i now have it filled with sand which is actually much better, heavier, more stable.

@Yiddobhoy do you recommend? I am looking for a bag that I can use to train kicks at home.

@InvalidAuthorization yeah it pretty good, esp for kicka and hand/foot combos. resistance is obviously less the higher up you hit it as all the weight it in the base. but overall is pretty good, esp if you've got nowhere to hang a long bag.
