Hokuto no Ken 6: Raoh playthrough.

Now who's up for another fisty fiesta, to quote UNPlayedAThing, who looked over the Master System and Mega Drive Fist Of The North Star games?

Once again, I take you ona ride throguh the land of 199X, through the land of the Nanto Roku Seiken, to the Kingdom of the Kenoh, through to the Gento Koken empire and the Land Of Shura.

This time I shall be using Raoh, the Conquerer Of The Century. Once again, on Easy, to see all the opponents and a DIFFERENT final boss than we got with Ken.

It's best I explain the game mechanics.

You got oyur health bar. Below that are two bars, your Aura bar and Special bar. The Aura bar fills up when you successfully attack the opponent and empties when you take damage. When it's either Green or Yellow, you can unleash a super with the "L" button. Green is Level 1 and Yellow is level 2, BTW.

Below that, the Special bar goes from green to Blue and Red when you hold "R". When it's partly Blue-Red or fully Blue-Red, you can use a special attack for that character. Rei, Raoh, Falco and Kaioh have fireballs as their "R" moves, Souther and Kuroyasha have evasion so you can't spam them to fill your Aura bar. Kenshiro has his Hundred Crack Fist/Hokuto Hyakuretsuken. Heart probably has a painful slap.

You'll also notice a different final boss here. When you use Kenshiro, Kaioh is usually the final boss. If you're anyone else, Kenshiro will be the final boss instead. There's no mirror matches in this game. When playing as a character in 1P mode, you go straight to the opponent after your character. So if you're playing as Raoh and beat Souther, you go straight to Falco, without fighting a mirror Raoh.

The best characters to use are either Ken, Raoh, Rei (Though I hate him, he's effective, here), falco and Kuroyasha. Kaioh plays EXACTLY like Raoh, and Souther isn't very good for Aura supers.

So, there you go, thats the explanation for Hokuto no Ken 6 for the Super Nintendo. There are some extra vids I should put up, such as endings, but there you go.

Good playthrough, Falco's stage is really cool (i never imagined they would actually put a replica of the imperial capital in his background).

I never got past Heart when i first played this ^^. I'm curious tho, Raoh can do the Musuo Tensei in this game? Or did they only add this special move to Kenshiro?

Only Kenshiro has the Muso TEnsei. Raoh has a multi punch and Tensho Honretsu

Honestly, I don't think this game is bad. If they had added combos and put in better hit detection, and had easier techiques to pull off, this game could have been an awesome Street Fighter 2 clone.

And yeah, Souther makes the game broken. *Runs*
