No it's not target practice. This is a mothership to other pirate ships. The Russians are doing the the precise right thing by first targeting the starboard or rear where the engines, propeller, and rudder are so they can stop it. Then finishing it up. Tactically sound and excellent job. Though we have disagreements with Putin. I want the fuckers who tried to killed him to swing. The Russians are helping the US with supply routes in Afghanistan unlike the Paks.Putin lets these routes exist!!!

Its just target practice starting with flares then attacking the engine to stop the ship! What dude in there right mind would turn down an opportunity for target practice? The only drawback is more polution in the ocean/sea! Might I suggest "BattleStations, Midway" for the pc.
