i was cringing when i saw how you handled that knife in the lemon. crazy. lol but yeah i cook my salmon like that all the time but im def gonna try the ratatouille. yummers :)

Just made the salmon (minus the ratatouille) for dinner. I was a little worried that the lemon would be overpowering but it was actually just right. Nice one.

Hey Danni - it was just salt and pepper and provencal herbs (which come as a mixture). I also add a little sugar to the tomato sauce to bring out the flavour of the tomatoes.... enjoy !
