Just got mine and they don't really hurt. Mine is a crocodile, 9.4mm.

When you put on your rubberbands try putting them on starting in the back then to the front if that makes sense. It helps

I got elastics today and they hurt so much! It's like getting braces all over again! The name of mine (at least I think this is the name) is Bummer- which is rather hilarious because they are teeny and thick and a major bummer.

i cant get the elastic over my little hook at the bottom left of my mouth at the back is it ok to have the elastic go around the bracket cuz ive tried everything and just cant get the elastic over the hook. the other hook is fine i have no trouble getting the elastic over that hook, just the one at left at the back

@Clam9011 every day change them when i brush my teet or when they change colors from the food i ate or until my dentest tells me to take them off
