Yeah, no kidding. Two of my favorite games are Heavy Barrel and Vapor Trail. Wish arcade-perfect ports had been released on a console before they went under.

Their Chins are the Same Shape as Luigi's their Faces have Sort of a Resemblance

My Theory is yes Proof #1 the Plant Boss Known as The Legendary Giant Tyrant Triffid and the Tyrant Triffids are Closest to Resembling Piranha Plants however Tyrant Triffids Teeth Strip Flesh in Under Seconds, #2 Joe and Mac say LETS A GO Mario's Common Phrase, #3 Mario saw Joe and Mac in a Club German Nintendo Magazine called Super Mario Verloin in Derzeit/Super Mario Lost in Time and out of Every Video Game he sees Joe and Mac in the Magazine, finally Joe and Mac have the Same Face as Luigi

Nice looking sequal! I have played Joe & Mac on the Sega Genesis but never played the sequal on the arcade.
Rock on Data East!

Looks fantastic matey - I take it Jo and Mac were exclusive to Nintendo on the consoles as I can't see them around on any of the other consoles...?
