its funny that people can blame the cop for that, the "biker" does the wrong thing copper pulls out on him 2 stop him doing it. I bet you $100,000,000 that if that bike crashed head on into one of your family and killed you fuckheads would be signing a different tune.

THE COP, was NOT in the wrong, the biker was. I ride super bikes, CBR 1000RR. I side with the biker's normally, however, it's pretty clear the cop made a bad descision and put himself in the path, however, the biker was OBVIOUSLY not paying attention to what was in front of him, if so, CLEARLY the accident would have never happened..TOO EASY??

As much as it pains me to say this it was the motorcyclist fault, cop was essentially parked (still) and the bike was speeding into him.
