  • @Guy2Fawkes In 1970, the Soviet government would NEVER allow a Soviet citizen to get on Soviet TV and call for the violent overthrow of the Soviet system. Sure, the U.S. has its faults but totalitarianism is not one of them.

  • Eldridge Cleaver denounced the Communist Bloc in the 80's after living in Algeria and Cuba and he actually supported Reagan for a time being. Why don't all of you left wing zeolots move to Cuba or North Korea and help them build Socialism? Maybe some day these regimes will enter the Communist phase and dismantle themselves as well as their privledges? Do it!

  • In what way?

  • @CocteauDalighari national socialism was a type of fascism, anyone with wikipedia can figure that out. Your confusion between fascism (merge between state and corporate power) and socialism (rule by the working class) just proves your ignorance on the topic.

  • @3:17 you can see when someone asks a intelligent question he suddenly launches an outlandish argument that is basically a ad hominem attack on the callers morality. When it comes down to it, this guys political tactics are simply the same as Limbaughs, who btw is similar in seeing to enjoy a popularity which doesn't exist -except- if people are citing him for saying something outrageous. Mr.Rubin said things like "Kill your parents" etc (in an obvious allusion to the CCP treatment of older pe

  • @zapatista512 Years ago, a friend that insisted he was a socialist would just shake his head & bemoan that fact that there were no ideal socialist states. This was when Sweden was thought to be the pinnacle of socialist countries.

But then, I don't see any connection betw. left wing, socialist, communist, liberal: whatever all they sling together today. The most successful socialist state was Nazi Germany: for a dozen years. It was so successful it's leader committed suicide.

  • And the Hippie movement is very different to the soviet ideology. You put them in the same bag because they are both left-winged, but they are very different. One thing is the Hippie movement and other very different thing is the Soviet ideology.

  • @dwendt66 I never talk about totalitarism or the URSS, that are words from your mouth.

  • @dwendt66 @dwendt66 Maybe because many of us "left wing zealots" don't believe that North Korea (authoritarian) or Cuba (authoritarian) represents real Socialism (non-hierarchal). Maybe you far right wackos should stop supporting capitalist dictatorships.

  • I think what you are saying about how society has to change is very important, but you have to wear the uniform. LOL
