I decided to use specific cases of poltergeist activity as my first examples of paranormal phenomena since it's a widely
reported category and also a concrete one.
The viewer should note that this video is being made in response to some discussions with atheists in which they claimed either that "no paranormal activity has ever been proven" or that "all paranormal phenomena have been disproven." When pressed to defend these generalized statements they responded with logic muddled, second hand, and lacking in objectivity and thoroughness. So I responded with videos first clarifying to the best of my abilities what is meant by proof, and then with some specific cases. Incidentally, Richard Dawkins uses pathetically inadequate "explanations" for paranormal phenomena and experiences in his God Delusion book, ascribing the entire field basically to simple error or brain induced hallucination - misinterpreting the "real world." This is in no way sufficient in most paranormal cases that have not proven to be hoaxes, including the ones listed here. So Dawkins himself is gonna hear from me if I get the time. If you're going to try to be objective about things (Dawkins considers himself a scientists) then you shouldn't be engaged in offering sweeping, overgeneralized, even irrelevant dismissals of actual observed phenomena. That is, as I'm sure you'd agree, unscientific.

I read a whole biography of Matthew Manning so I know more about it than is shown in this video. The entirety of the phenomena is even more extraordinary than what is shown here.

  • have you read books and studies by Rupert Sheldrake? If not, then I strongly recommend doing so. He has some fascinating stuff worth considering

  • I haven't read any books by him but I'm very familiar with who he is, morphogenic feild theory and all that. I've seen videos of hidebating terrence mckenna, documentaries on him, etc.

  • The list is truly endless.

We all color reality/existence from our own beliefs and doctrines; as such we currently have no PROOF of anything. When we realize this, we will begin to make true progress.

  • Exactly. proof falls under the same rubrick as perception nd thus is subject to the interpretations of the perceiver.

  • @SilverPheonix360 this is an excellent point!

  • How come he hasn't collected Randi's million?

  • fuck your boring.. has any chick ever hatted herself a noth to fuck you,

  • You said that polterqeist activity mainly affected children yeah, i've got an idea here, I'm not saying it's all an internal bodily thing but maybe the pineal gland plays a part in this stuff. childrens pineal glands in the brain are bigger than adults which have shrunk. childrens produce more melotonin and DMT which is known to have hallucinogenic effects. might be some link to the polterqeist phonomena?

  • "Dawkins considers himself a scientist" er, yes, he is - a brilliant one.

"...logic muddled, second hand, and lacking in objectivity and thoroughness..." quite.

  • no way... he sounds like Seth Rogen

  • haha right on man.

  • if the skeptics realized the bunk they claim, for instance that nde's and other paranormal activity are merely brought on by our brains and the peptides within.

They would have to realize that this reality is perceived with the same tools they are claiming invalidate the supernatural/paranormal thus invalidating the very reality they claim is the only thing that is real. It is amusing when you can view it from the exterior.

    What is then real ?
