Newer stuff is nice but does not last as long. Believe me I found out the hard way. I would take these over a "theater in a box" sound system any day.

@falkon212 old speakers are way better, im not talking about the ones in this vid, vintage speakers have an more pretty sound overall.

@peepeepluspoopoo uhm the guy is right they sound blown up, lower the bass man or you will destroy them in time, but the bass doesnt sounds healty not to be a jerk or something btw.

lame, dude, do you know anything about audio... ?! .. you waste this gear booming it like this, those are hi-eff drivers suitable for tubeamp.

@ArmorDog1 really? ya its lame, because these are hi-eff speakres and they are being used for bass, they still work today you meat head, nothing is wrong with them, and they arnt even being amplified, just an old reciever..for the record, yes i do know about audio, its one of my biggest hobbies, and these things are old anyway so we figured we would see what they can do
