IN JOES ROOM; WITH JILEY

Miley: Y-Y-Yes, I'm going to.
Joe: And why is that?
Miley: 'C-Cause I have to break up with you. *cries*
Joe: *heart broken* But why?
Kevin: *downstairs, comes through the front door with Nick* WERE HOME! *no answer from Jiley*
Nick: Im going to check whats going upstairs. *goes upstairs*
Miley: Because*tells him everything that happened with Selena and her* And I dont want to cause you soo much pain, and it would be easier for me just to break up with you, instead of watching me get hurt little by little. Im sorry, but Im thinking of you here, whats best for you.
Joe: Baby, she cant hurt you. And no matter what happens, breaking up with me hurts the most because my heart hurts, it breaks up into two pieces. Im not saying you getting hurt is better than this, but I would be more hurt if I didnt have you, rather than if I did and you were hurt physically. So youre staying with me. I wont Selena or anyone else associated with her hurt you.
Nick: *by the door, heard everything that Miley and Joe said* Wait a sec, Selena told you all that Miley?
Miley: Nick?
Nick:Yeah, now can you please answer my question.
Miley: Yes Nick, Selena told me all that. Even the part where she said that you liked me, a lot.
Joe: *shocked* And why did you leave this out Miley?
Miley: Because I didnt think it was important.
Joe: Well it is, I need to know if any of my brothers, likes you. So, is it true Nick?
Nick: *looks down* Yes, its true. *looks bck up* BUT, I would never do anything to try to ruin your relationship, I know that you guys like each other, no, love each other, so Im going to stay outta your way. Besides, I wouldnt want to ruin the relationship I have with you guys either.
Joe: *smiles* Thanks bro.
Miley: Thanks. *gives Nick a kiss on the cheek*
Nick: *blushes a little and touches the spot where she kissed him*
Miley: So what are going to do to Selena now?
Nick: Well, Im going to break up with her.
Miley: Good, you need to get rid of her.
Nick: Yeah, tell me about it. Well, Im gonna go, Im gonna let you two love birds have some alone time. *leaves*
Miley: *turns to Joe* Joe?
Joe: Yeah Miley?
Miley: Why did you say I love you Demi before? Im not mad about it anymore, I just wanna know, were you thinking about her or something?
Joe: I knew you were going to ask me this question, well honestly, I dont know why I said it. I just guess when we were doing it, I just thought about what Demi said to me one day, how you would be able to make me a better person and would always be there for me, and I love her for that.
Miley: Oh, I see, and thats why you said it?
Joe: *goes over to her, grabs her waist, and holds her close to him* Yes. *kisses her nose*
Miley: *scrunches her nose and giggles*
Joe: Whats so funny?
Miley: Nothing, just when you kissed my nose it tickled.
Joe: *smiles dreamily, just looking at her, thinking* Shes so beautiful. *out loud* Miley, I love you soo much, you have no idea.
Miley: *smiles big and jumps on him, puts her forehead on his* Really?
Joe: Really. *closes his eyes and kisses her*
Miley: *kisses him back, then pulls away* Ive been waiting for you to say that. *puts her head on his shoulder, buries her head on his neck* I love you too, soo much.
Joe: *smiles, then carries her back to the bed, lays her down and lays down next to her, pulls her towards him so her head is on his chest* I hope you know you are wearing my favorite shirt.
Miley: You mean MY favorite shirt. *giggles*
Joe: *smiles* Yep, cause its yours now, you can keep it.
Miley: *kisses his chest* Thanks Joey.
Joe: Anytime my love. *stroking her hair and watching TV*
Miley: *smiles, closes her eyes and listens to the TV, slowly falls to sleep without Joe noticing*
Joe: *1 hour later* Miley, lets go down and eat, you need your strength.
Miley: Uhuh, yeah, in a bit. *snuggles up to Joe to get more comfortable*
Joe: Fine, you asked for it. *gets a cup of freezing, cold water, and pours it on her*
Miley: *gets up* OKAY, Im up, Im up!
Joe: *laughs*
Miley: JOE, that wasnt funny! *gets off the bed, and starts walking towards him, then falls down, some water got on the floor*
Joe: *stops laughing and goes over to her to help her up* You okay?
Miley: Yeah, Im fine, my butt just hurts, I fell pretty hard.
Joe: *lets out a laugh* Im sorry, I just had to laugh, but Im done now.
Miley: *fake laughs* Now will you just help me up already?
Joe: *scoffs* Well then, who knew Little Miss Sunshine had a tude?
Miley: *laughs* Everyone.
News Reporter on TV: And we have just been notified that the people involved in the car crash with a gasoline truck on the highway were, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus.
Joe: *helps her up, shocked at what he just heard on the television*
Miley: *eyes closed* Joe, please tell me that that man did not just say my parents were in car accident.
Joe: Do you want me to lie?
Miley: *a billion tears fall down her cheeks* NO!
