It was Bitcoin Pizza Day today, in honor of Laszlo Hanyecz, a Florida programmer, who conducted what bitcoiners think of as the first real-world bitcoin transaction, paying 10,000 bitcoins to get two pizzas delivered from Papa John's.

I paid 28 mBTC for one medium The Works pizza ($15 USD). I was a little sad that my iPod Gyft app would not let me buy the gift card with bitcoins. Had to use their web-based app to make the purchase. Really Apple? You're just pissing people off.

If you like the video, scan the QR code and send some mBTC. Or not. I'm still a bitcoin believer.
