I hadn't heard The Hellcats in many years, then the other day I happened upon an old postcard from Lisa McGaughran, who is the lead singer on this song. So I did a web search & was amazed to find this video. I've always loved their version of this song. It's not necessarily what one expects of an R&B song, but the combination of Lisa's vocals & the low-key musical tone is spot-on in my book. Sad that copies of their records are now so difficult &/or expensive to get your hands on.
