heres what I did to fix naruto ultimate ninja hero3 :

1. I downloaded GEN 5.50 D3

2. I downloaded th KHBBS patch and put it in my memory stick

3. I put the KHBBS_patch.prx and the usersystemlib...prx in the seplugins

4. I added the line ms0:/seplugins/usersyslib.prx 1 to game.txt and put it in seplugins

5. I went to VSH menu changed UMD iso to m33 driver

6. I also changed my cpu speed to 333, my speed in xmb to 333

7. finally enable the plugins
