I may be too "inexpierenced" but from what I learned the first in the kata with the hidden fist is suppose to be slower diagonal movements and then when you backhand that's suppose to be fast

Hey! Quite good! (i'm also shito ryu) If I had one thing to say it would be to do it slower and take the time to sharply lock your moves because sometimes your movements 'melt' into each other, it makes it hard to see where one finishes and the other starts.
