i started with cinema 4d and after effects and I ended up 3Ds Max and Nuke

BTW this video is better than the whole TV Making Ofs where they explained the important parts simply with "and then we brought it to the computer and everything was fine"

@Politaq Also, this guy knows nothing. The world is incredibly complex, that's why nobody could possibly know everything, but going even further nobody could possibly know the sum of all human knowledge. That's why people typically choose specializations. A mechanic needs to know how to choose the right part for a car and how to install it (and obviously what the part does), but he doesn't have to know how the part is made or know the CAD software used to design the part.
