You've probably seen the "atomic push-up" using the TRX. That's definitely a favorite of mine. Here are 2 others. The body saw with pike is vicious on the core, and the suspended incline press is second to none for total upper body because you must maintain your overall balance by engaging the core and then add the push-up. The stronger you get, the more upright you can go until you're completely vertical. The intensity is up to you. You can even adjust on the fly. As you exhaust your strength, "walk" inward to reduce the body angle and try to knock out a few more reps to total failure.

What are you waiting for?!?!?! I know you'll love it as much as I do....

  • first one would be great(if i could do it) and second one is a bitch- which is waht we want, right?

  • @morthorse I think both of them can be a bitch :) If you can't do the inclined push-ups now, it's no problem, start with just your feet in the straps and, as you get stronger, begin working your way up. It's a great progression. Thanks for the comment.

  • Why don't you sell the universal strength apparatus? it's more fun.

  • @intelgreen56 care to tell me why it's more fun?

  • Has TRX straps ever slip during workouts? even just alittel?

  • @10osaze the only slipping I ever experience is when I'm bare-footed (most of the time) and I'm doing things with my feet in the loops. Then the strap slides down to your shins. It doesn't slip off entirely making you fall, if that's what you're thinking. You just have to adjust how you angle your feet to prevent the slippage. Never any slipping with shoes on.
