Very good to watch but the yellow text is hard to read at times against (bright) scenes.

No Walken played the excellent Zorin in the crappy A View TO A Kill

For #15 the best man one...this scene was actually from the bond BOOK live and let die... except Leiter was snooping and he wasn't getting married

I didn't really find Dent's death in cold blood, because he tried to kill him first and was working for Spectre, so really it's not that cold?
I don't think Bond really did ever kill anyone in cold blood.
As Scaramanga said "..the English don't think
it's sporting to kill in cold blood."

@expanding The World Is Not Enough would have been great if Denise Richards wasn't in it (No substance at all!). I really liked the film. "Tomorrow Never Dies" was ALMOST ruined by the hammy performance of Johnathan Pryce (Who wasn't a really effective villian), and the uselessness of Teri Hatcher (VERY WOODEN). Michelle Yeoh was excellent and held her own. "Die Another Day" was pretty cool too, especially when Halle Berry and Rosamound Pike had their fight scene. Goldeneye is classic.

George lazenby is the best bond.
Majesty's service, For your eyes only and from russia with love are the best movies!

Frechheit eines der besten Bond-Szenen mit perfekt abgestimmten Sound NUR auf Platz 20 zu setzen, der gehört in die TOP 5 !

@DimitrisD007 your opinion......for me the best james bond and most iconic is Pierce Brosnan for ever...!!!
-
@DimitrisD007 Sorry dude , but there is no competition. Daniel Craig is the best. His interpretation of james bond is far superior. Pierce Brosnan played to much of a comical james bond IMO.
-
I believe you are wrong............Pierce Brosnan was very good in all bond movies that he played........Brosnan= Best james bond....!!!!

That "The Spy Who Loved Me" submarine scene is controversial because Anya acts all scared and surprised like any normal person would be when you drive a car randomly into the ocean... minutes later... she tactically takes out the enemy sub using the Lotus' smoke screen and an underwater land mine which surprises Bond. She then claims that she stole the blueprints for that car 2 years ago. Hmm.

Critics suck.
The statement about Brosnan is totally subjective. I agree that GoldenEye was a good one, but mainly thanks to Famke Janssen and Alan Cumming. The World is not Enough (title taken from OHMSS) was, in my opinion, less than mediocre. A total waste of the great Robert Carlyle.

IMO it is the direction (except GE) of his films that lacked in substance. The whole package doesn't feel complete. And I do agree with you about TWINE - as a whole it is visually unspectacular, but looking at Brosnan alone, I think it's his second best performace

hey w2dot,
you said you disagree when people (myself included) consider TSWLM Rog's best 007 outing. which one is your favourite?

I prefer his last 3 movies (FYEO, OP, AVTAK). They're far from masterpieces, but hey it's personal preference =)
What I think counts against TSWLM is that it is nearly identical to YOLT and MR (same director, coincidently...not). It is the best of the 3 clones and suits Moore's interpretation best. What's brilliant about TSWLM is Adam's set, the stunts, the car, Jaws and the setting. The plot, story and other characters, bleh

The living daylights was the beginning of a new Bond (Dalton)
So, the other two MI6 agents seen (one killed, the other cut off from the exercise) were meant to reflect Roger Moore and George Lazenby.

An era which I loved. Guess people weren't ready for a serious Bond then.
