Best to use only raw and organic ingredients of the highest quality.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1 Tbsp Barley powder
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1 cup of Truly raw cashews
1/4 cup Agave
1 cup Filtered water
Strawberries for garnish

METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender, pour into bowl and allow to set, stir the ice cream several times before it sets.

Note
The strawberries really compliment the coconut ice cream.
The Barley Powder resembles a green tea flavour. It's delicious!

  • @tkn1989 many of us cannot eat dairy products and chose not to put all the additives found in store bought ice cream in our bodies. In addition is her choice what she puts in her ice cream. She could call you a sick fuck for eating cows milk dairy products which have pus and blood in them.
