Fucking idiots caused a lot of chaos.

Well at first they started fights in different areas which caused some stampedes. Police where going back and forth running through buckingham fountain.

Then when the taste had ended there was a shooting in which 2 kids where hurt and one was killed.

They ruined it for the rest of us.

what happened to the good old days when going to the Taste was harmless fun? i live in the windy city too & this really made me lose interest to go. Daley needs to do something if he stands a chance of having the Olympics hosted here.

I was there, that day was craaaazy 4 real man, nuthin but gangbangers talkin shit and throwin up gang signs everywhere especially in Grant Park, the cops were running away from the gun shots too, a shit load of fights, and a shit load of people just rolling up blunts like it was nothin lol.

My uncle is a captain with the Chicago Police Department. Apparently two known gangs of thugs showed up at the Taste on 7/3 with the intention of causing chaos. Some of their acts included grabbing purses and tossing them into the air, as well as intentionally smashing food out of some tourists hands, and shooting. The police were outnumbered and unable to have patty wagons respond in time due to the crowd. So if it seemed as though officers were using force, there was no other option.

i was there and alot of crazy stuff happend i know there was a shot out but i didnt know a kid died :( and on the train it looked like the end of the world and then there was some funny things that happend to like this guy was talking on the phone and he said "im by the foutian u fucking cunt outloud but yea that was a messed up night I THOUT I WAS GOINGTODI BECAUSE I WAS SO CLOSE TO WERE THEY HAD A SHOT OUT
