Introducing Water Sines and Watercircles, an afternoon and evening event celebrating the sacredness of water with music, poetry, meditation, and dance at Seattles, "Saint Marks Cathedral".

On the evening of November 7, the Water Sines orchestra performed improvisational music for meditation. The diverse ensemble showcases music inspired by guitarist Sidney Genette. It featured Native American flautist Paul Wagner, members of Seattles EQLateral string quartet and a host of instrumental soloists. Special guest artists from many cultures will whisper poems, prayers, and affirmations on the theme of water. Adding to the ethereal experience, a yogainspired dance troupe will perform a water blessing ritual. This all takes place against a backdrop of moving water imagery with an accompaniment of river and ocean sounds by audio capturist and Emmy Awardwinner Gordon Hempton, renowned for his catalog of nature music.
