  • skull crushers for sure as alternate-5x8-12.lets keep everything simple.1-3 exercises at most.triceps already get hit hard from chest and delt work.train smart and simple.good luck.

  • blood and sweat triceps;weighted dips-5x5,bottom position close grip bench with 2-3 inch bar-5x5.brutally simple and effective.

  • @poonageguy. Have you ever even done skull crushers? After three sets you'll definitely feel it you ignorant couch potato fuck.

  • @iamzero79 Not advisable, unless you are doing super super light weight just to get the form down which would be a great thing to do. Just think about it, that's 450 reps for one body part. I can't advise you anything as for as specifics due to lack of information. Nevertheless, my advice..listen to your body and use strict form (this guy does not use strict form by the way).

  • Will it be advisable if I do all those 10 exercises with 3 sets, 15 reps, light weights each for ONE DAY?
