  • :20 secs to :50 secs is about 30 secs, you reached speed at about :20 secs. Yesterday I was doing them at 7.5 to 8.5 for 45 secs did about 10-12 intervals.

  • ok so i started interval training for about a months now i keep geting this low stomach pain, is it acid overdosing?
