Блин, смотрю чуть не сотый раз и не перестаю восхищаться. Для того времени, такую грамотную батальную сцену снять. Эйзенштейн гений. А сегодня при всех нынешних возможностях всякие бондарчуки танки из фанеры клеят.

@BeautyInLight I looked some comments about this film in several uploads. People don t know anything about film, about Eisenstein and his film-historical work. Even some Nazis or fashists are talking about whatever ;( it s ashaming!

@lafec3 Communism is a collective philosophy. Collectivism. There is no "I" but only "we". Farms are "collectivized" and you work for the state. Communism can work in small coheisive groups such as Israeli kibbutz or Amish communities, but it is impractical for large and diverse countries such as Russia, China, or the United States. But total individualism (the "me" generation) is also bad. There has to be a balance somewhere

but people who get sick shouldn't have their whole carer sent to the wayside. social health-care in the us already exists, but it only kicks in once you lose all your money. that dosent make sense too me.

the problem with communism is it places too much faith in the individual. the average human will lie cheat blackmail and laze about to the the farthest extent possible. so pure communism can never work. but things like social health care are great and definitely should be introduced.

so a kind of mixture between capitalism and socialism is probably the best possible gov type. without personal gain, people wont work well, and without competitors, companys wont improve their products. cont-
