do you have any gears in your bikes?
i want to start learning do this kind of things, but i really don't know how to start.
i realized that you are teaching but unfortunately I'm not from the UK.
any advices?

No, we use a single gear that is pretty close to 1:1. Dave infact uses 18/18 while I use 18/16.
My advice would be to start slow, watch plenty of videos and if you can - film yourself so you can see where you are going wrong!

very good, i dont like all of the set up stuff, i like the natural stuff like bikeracks and picknic tables, and i just realized yourbikes dont have seats.
