This video was taken during a stop and release of a drunk driver in Pensacola, FL. Less than 5 minutes later, this individual slammed into Mr. Smith's 3 automobiles parked in his front drive.

The bad part about our justice system is the drunk will probably be able to file a lawsuit against the officer for letting him get back into his own vehicle and drive away. He's going to say,"If the officer would have arrested me that night, I would not have gotten in all that trouble!".

Liberals? Amazing how people try to align their rival political party with almost any negative event that occurs... I mean seriously, a comment about a drunk driver hypothetically suing the police has nothing to do with liberals. And I'm not even a liberal.

Criminals,liberals,crybabies are always going to sue no matter what happens because they refuse to take responsibility for THEIR actions. This has nothing to do with the justice system - society is letting these people get away with this..
