I've seen this movie many times (blockbuster video) I enjoy it...very gothic artistic...yes alien-1 was influenced by it....pretty girls in the movie...cool costumes...far better than mst-3k....but just as fun!

It's one of my favorites. You'll really enjoy it. The landing scene is a little double-talky but after that hold on to your seat.

That is because Ron Shussett was directly inspired by this film, as well as "It! The Terror from Beyond Space", when he and Dan O'Bannon penned the first Alien screenplay.
