1 Grab the ankel of your bad leg (your good split leg is the base leg)
2 Make sure you have a tight grip then put your other hand on your ankle
3 Pull your leg to your back and then pull it straight and lean forward(:
** Try to get your scorpion as straight as you can(:

@anotherartfuldodger Wen i Grab 4 my ankle i only can grab it from the front i cnt reach to the back on my ankle.. any tips ( ANYBODY!!!!)
