You absolutely can give a blind trust rules, but unless its something like 'don't invest in GE because they work with Iran' the blind trust will treat the money the same as whatever other trusts they have (though some would be more actively managed than others). I don't see how this is relevant.

"You can always give a trust rules" hardly equates to specifying which security to buy. Fail... By the way, scary that Gingrich doesn't know the difference between a "bond" which the trust held, and a "share" of stock that he accuses it of holding. Bigger fail.

If there is anything romney knows about it is how to abuse the rules and lie with a straight face. The man is evil itself. His is nothing more than obama lite or is it that obama is romney lite.
