@TonicEnergy You need to focus on things you enjoy. Spend time with things you enjoy then, create balance by spending more time with things you dont enjoy as much but you know you need to get done. e.g be a better friend regardless of how they respond. True friendship understands that we all feel differently at different times and thats ok. Hope that helps

IF anyone can give me some insight as two why i think like this. I am in college, and i have convinced myself to defend myself at all costs. So when i meet new people i may be very kind, however i have a "Firewall" around me to not let people get too close. I essentially "quarantine" in my mind new friends that i meet. If anyone i considered a friend deeply angers/upsets me, i instantly jettison them from my life with little to no emotional delay. I've lost 2 close friends this way, please help.
