QUESTION: Could you just ship a laptop right away from the US to anywhere in the world as long as it isn't a militant country (e.g. Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Somalia)? Wouldn't it violate US trade policies? Do you still have to file something for it to be shipped?
