Point Dume in Malibu, CA

Point Dume is located in Malibu off PCH. When you first get there you notice its spectacular ocean views. Walk down the sand trail and look out for birds, lizards, snakes and bunnies. Take the stairs to the pristine beach to be relaxed by the ocean waves. Head back up the stairs and continue on the path for more amazing views, wild flowers and exercisers. We headed down the path a little and to our amazement we saw a seals playing in the water. Then we saw more. And a whole group of them! In the months of December March you can even spot a gray whale. Parking is free for 2 hours and its open from sunrise to sunset. Point Dume is beautiful and a place not to be missed.

nice video but you didn't show the little platform that is great for taking photos with big ocean views all around. Or the top that has a plaque that tells why it was named Pt Dume. Or the views of Westward Beach or people climbing the wall or mention that is where the Statue of Liberty was at the end of the old Planet of the Apes movie.... and more.

nice this is the only beach here in L.A where the water is clear... im gonna go here... its not like santa monica or venice beach where the water is filty and always crowded.. this is the kind of beach im looking for where i can relax peacfuly...

I was in LA last week and the day we left, we went to Dume beach. Beautiful, but it was only in the 70's I think (maybe 60's) so the Pacific was FREEZING. It would be amazing to go back in the summer when things are warmer.
