kujas was especially bad because every thing he did, create the mages, instigate war, steal the eidolons everything was so he could build terra and be immortal...but when garland said zidane will eventually beat him and he was destined to die- he couldnt allow it. Not after so much hard work.... if terra had to exist without him then it just wouldnt exist at all....

sephiroth wanted to destroy the planet because he became a god so he could find a new world and create a perfect civilisation, like he said so in advent children, or maybe just cuz his mother tells him to, kefka, he is just pure insane, seymour, is insane and thinks that by destroying spira he is doing good, kuja, cuz he thinks its "unfair" that the world will one day exiswt without him, and the other villains, idk i havnt played them

Kuja is not suppose to be a "dark-evil warrior" like sephiroth

Actually, Kefka was the cross-dresser. Look it up. Sephiroth was the hero who snapped. And Kuja was just very feminine.
