Though the Bible is very clear on One, Single God, some Christian theologians developed the doctrine of Trinity assigning title of Godhead to Jesus Christ, as son of God along with Father [God] and Holy Spirit while insisting that the God is One! 1+1+1=1 not 3. This is a unique equation to which even Sir Isaac Newton could not agree and rejected it. Sir Anthony Buzzard and Joseph Good explain the fallacy of this mysterious doctrine in a debate. The excerpts from this debate from monotheistic [non Trinitarian] percept are being presented in this set of 5 videos. Qur'an is unequivocally, absolutely clear on Oneness of God [Allah], while some other issues are debated, Muslims are unanimous on Oneness of God [Allah] and truthfulness, originality and reliability of Qur'an as the word of God.
Identification of True God is the first and the most important issue confronted by every human being. Any wrong decision is going to keep us in hell for ever. While we go to market for purchasing items we need, we are very choosy. Survey is carried out, reliability of products is established, then purchase is made we do not trust heresy and use our intellect to the best. Unfortunately this aspect is ignored in case of God. We tend to follow what we have been hearing since our childhood. One must read the Bible with open mind, there are clear verses without any ambiguity on oneness of God, monotheism in Old Testament and New Testament. People leave these clear verses and try to extract desired meanings for some ambiguous verses which are twisted. It is against common-sense and logic to identify God in such dubious way. Let's keep in mind that:-
In the New Testament seventeen passages, wherein the Father is styled one or only God, while there is not a single passage in which the Son is so styled.
1.There are 320 passages in which the Father is absolutely, and by way of eminence, called God; while there is not one in which the Son is thus called.
2.There are 105 passages in which the Father is denominated God, with peculiarly high titles and epithets, whereas the Son is not once denominated.
3. There are 90 passages wherein it is declared that all prayers and praises ought to be offered to Him, and that everything ought to be ultimately directed to his honor and glory; while of the Son no such declaration is ever made.
4. Of 1,300 passages in the New Testament wherein the word God is mentioned, not one necessarily implies the existence of more than one person in the Godhead, or that this one is any other than the Father.
5. he passages wherein the Son is declared, positively, or by clearest implication, to be subordinate to the Father, deriving his being from Him, receiving from Him his power, and acting in all things wholly according to His will, are in number above 300.
6.In a word, the supremacy of the Father, and the inferiority of the Son, is the simple, unembarrassed, and current doctrine of the Bible; whereas, that of their equality or identity is clothed in mystery, encumbered with difficulties, and dependent, at the best, upon few passages for support after twisting and manipulation.
7. Here effort has been made to present the true picture about ambiguity of dubious claims to consider Jesus Christ as deity while totally ignoring clear verses on One Single God. Please spare time to think and ponder, you are answerable to God to identify Him as He is, as He wants you to do. While praying to God to open your mind to the Truth, use your intellect sincerely to discern truth from falsehood."And he [Jesus] said also to the multitudes: When you see a cloud rising from the west, presently you say: A shower is coming. And so it happeneth. And when ye see the south wind blow, you say: There will heat. And it cometh to pass. You hypocrites, you know how to discern the face of the heaven and of the earth: but how is it that you do not discern this time?"[Luke;12:54-56:]

  • Ironically, a Muslim put this video together rejecting the fact that all the panelists agree that Jesus died a physical death. This is a completelly distorted prospective from a Muslim that ignores the fact that Jesus died for the redemption if sin

  • @milkydud This is for education that even all Christians do not agree on Trinity, there are many who reject Trinity like Muslims, so such Christians are closer to Islam, which rejects the death of Jesus Christ at the cross which many Christians also do not agree details at h t tp : / / wp.me / PCgrB -cW and h t tp : / /goo.gl / ySmGV [copy link & remove spaces]

  • I have one question! Where are the responses from the two other scholars? I saw a version that had their comments and they just absolutely destroyed the jew guy and the BUZZARD. and when I mean destroy, he really tore them up because they gave scripture to refute them.

  • @viper2808 Please take a fresh look at the title, it is clearly mentioned at the very start of of this video "Monotheistic [Anti-Trinitarian] Perspective" more over its also mentioned "Excerpts from Debate Deity of Christ and & Trinity". I disagree that the opponents destroyed the arguments through references from scripture. However every one is entitled to his views.

  • IN Genesis 18 Three Visitors come to Abraham and are received in unison , called Lord and bowed to, and the three Visitors answer Abraham twice in Unison and there is not one of the visitors, surpassing the other two to step out and answer Abraham, who called out "Lord" . So this revelation of Moses' Law is about how God is One Being, but able to be Three Persons, without Material Rational doubts about it. God is able to be all the angels, spirits , powers, principalities and be One.

  • @CarmineFragione Appearance of God as 3 persons in Genesis 18 is not proved. God communicated with Abraham in presence of 3 angels. Abraham addresses himself first to one person Ge 18:3, then to more than one Ge 18:4-5. Then the singular number is resumed in Ge 18:10-20. In Ge 18:22 "'the men' turned their faces and went toward Sodom, and Abraham was yet standing before the Lord." Other verses of Bible which unambiguously mention about Oneness of God More h t t p goo.gl slash ye35o

  • @Abbujak You said come Christians reject Jesus' death. Now who is a Christian? A Christian is one who believes in Jesus as the Son of God that died for their sins and rose again. What in the world are you talking about? Any one who does not believe in Jesus' death and resurrection is not a Christian. About Islam' denial of Jesus' death. That is the greatest lie ever told by Satan who deceived Muhammed into accepting Jesus never died.

  • @Abbujak "his is for education that even all Christians do not agree on Trinity, there are many who reject Trinity like Muslims, so such Christians are closer to Islam"

So you believe Sir Anthony Buzzard and John Good are BOTH MUSLIMS or do they both believe that Jesus DIED?

In what sense are these scholars closer to being Muslim?

Have you seen this FULL debate... parts 1 & 2 and the Q&A section?

Do you find it true that not all Muslim scholars agree on if Budda is/isn't a prophet of Islam?

  • God as One, nothing can stand apart and nothing would have a Free Will. God is Divine as One to bring out of the Unique beyond all Understanding , the Whole Reality , gathered and rolled up into One Collection , is then the Being of God, which takes in all material aspects possible. God is able to be the Surrounding Power to sustain the Universe, then also able as a Free Will of Himself, to move within the Whole as a Part of the Whole and appear as the Identity of Himself, anywhere.

  • @Abbujak the same text interchanges the term angels with men, so if you are so smart, then interpret that before you claim you know anything about God at all. When the Three Visitors were together, in a group, like a "Set Notation of a Collection of things" The collective was addressed as Elihenu , the God who has all things within Himself as One. When the angels were separated , two angels became men who went to Sodom, and then the Divine God, remained in the one left. 3=1

  • Appearance of God as three persons in Genesis 18 is not proved even in the same chapter. The three visitors to Abraham were angels, God communicated with Abraham in presence of angels. Abraham addresses himself first to one person Ge 18:3, then to more than one Ge 18:4-5. Then the singular number is resumed in Ge 18:10-20. Ge 18:22 "'the men' turned their faces and went toward Sodom, and Abraham was yet standing before the Lord." More bible-pedia dot blogspot dot com/2011/09/trinity-q.html
