HV20 35mm Adapter and Sound Test

Testing out a 35mm adapter on my Canon HV20. Again, I afjusted the levels and put up anamorphic bars. The sound was recorded seperately and edited on Audacity.

What was the sound editing done with to add that surround panning/bass effect?

the sound was done on Audacity. if you're referring to the sound of the car going by at the end, that was just added in on another channel and increased in volume. but most of the time a good quality mic and recording will give some good results in post.

@alternate00email Mostly, I was referring to the keyboard with how it pans left and right correct? And there's more depth and bass to the keystrokes, did you use a good camera mic or an actual PA style mic like an SM58?

@jezhosking actually the colors were not adjusted. i just decreased the gamma value to strengthen blacks and eliminate stray light from the lamp on the back wall.
