This is the same thing that the regualr greeks do. What makes this so much more Godly? The other greek fraturnities and sororitis practice idolitry how can you send a shout out to them? This is making what is wrong look right. If you really are Christian pray and ernestly seek God about this.

@ExcelAndBeExcellent...I'll Pray for you, B/c you sound so Pious and self-righteous in your views. You sound like a PHARISEE that questioned Christ about why he and his disciples ate w/ the heathens. Our orgs. don't practice the same things they do, WE stand on the word of GOD as our focus and guide to holy christian living, not in just talk but life application. We are on a campus that embraces the message of Christ so WE decided to show LOVE and acknowledge those who came to support. GOD BLESS

I realize what you are saying to be true once I reread my response. I certainly should have at least included my positive thoughts about the show. My apologies. I know I was taught better than that :) But again, I truly enjoyed it!. This show was well executed in the name of the Lord and I applaud the ladies for allowing Him to use them!

@ExcelAndBeExcellent You're already forgiven. It's important for us to express our opinion when we feel something isn't right, but even more important to listen to both sides and understand what it is that is trying to be communicated. I, like you, was at first skeptical of Greeks in general, but obvisouly that changed. Even if I didn't continue with the org. my mission is still to spread the Gospel, that doesn't change. I hope you found this insightful and will continue your walk in Christ! :)

Forgive me for judging you so hastely and even though I don't agree with the whole Chrisian Greek thing or greeks in general I shouldn't have attacked you. We should always go to each other in love and I didn't do that. Sometime I get so wrapped up in what I know is true I forget to think about the person. @ExcelAndBeExcellent...I will not debate this any longer, but I will say this: I was saved years before joining the sorority. joining this group does not seal my salvation, that is between me and God. I joined because of the chance to network with other like-minded people and to help spread the Gospel over our campus. If you'd done your research like I recommended, you would know this. I sought God about my decision and regardless of me joining or not, I'm still saved.

@SilentZeal1 Please don't pray for me. You call me pious but you are the one doing a probate show in front of everyone. I'm not questioning Christ. I'm questioning you. What makes this org and others like it different from the greek orgs? Why do you have to pledge to be call a sister or brother according to you? Did Jesus pledge His diciples or did He call them? You have to rightly divide the word of God. Not make things up as you go because it seems right.

@EnlightenedSoul3 Then why didn't you send a shout out to the homosexuals too. My comment wasn't so much directed to the other greeks but to Christian frat and sorors. I don't ever remember one having to pledge to be part of the body of Christ. I shouldn't have to pledge to call you brother or sister. I think it is really a division amongst the body of Christ. I'm not writing this to upset you but you can't just do things in God's name without checking what the Bible has to say about it first.

@ExcelAndBeExcellent....I am one of the girls in the video and I can honestly tell you that we recgonized the other Greeks because we are showing our love for them that they supported us. It doesn't mean that we agree with their principles, but to ignore them completely is not a Christian thing to do. I suggest, you do more research on Christian Greek organizations before making assumptions and more importantly, do more reseach on this one. Have a blessed day.
