@migo53333 they are saying now that Oswald's first shot hit the street light and deflected towards the underpass. They r also saying that the first shot occurred before Zapruder started filming and that Oswald had 10 - 13 seconds to shoot. I don't buy it but that is what new investigators are saying.

@abennett4 and that 20 isnt significant???? how did james tague shot line up with 6th floor?
-
@abennett4 because nobody else was caught........many people heard shot from grassy knoll.....lee bowers saw two men standing behind fence waitin for motorcade to pass by.....now, why would anyone stand behind a fence 30 feet away from the motorcade with the prez of USA in it......does not make sense, then bowers said something happened like a flash of light and smoke...........hmmmmm

oooooooh, this must be right, listen to that scary music.

@tabletalk33 According to the HSCA,of the witnesses who heard shots from a single direction, 46 said TSBD, only 20 picked the knoll. *All* the physicl and film evidence points to shots from the the sixth floor of the TSBD. First of all, the snipers nest. Also, ballisc tests proved that all the shots fired were fired from Oswald's rifle found in the TSBD. All the autopsy patholigists concluded Kennedy was struck ONLY in the back. These findings have been confirmed by four commissions.Case Solved!

@abennett4 , you are quite wrong. The preponderance of the witnesses identified the area of the grassy knol and the railroad tracks as the source of the shots. This does not rule out other locations for shots. Logic would dictate a triangulation for the shooters in order to get the job done. But you are quite mistaken. The Warren Report was deliberately selective and obfuscating, and with good reason; IT WAS WRONG.

The truth is not very interesting. That's why people like little green men in their stories. The simple truth stands to this day, 48 years later. Oswald killed Kennedy and he did it alone.

What’s with the music? Propaganda techniques? Most of the witnesses heard shots only coming from the TSBD. The only credible witnesses who SAW anyone shooting said it somebody in the 6th floor window of the TSBD. On the 6th floor the found three spent cartridges, Oswald’s fingerprints and his rifle. Forty-five minutes later, Oswald murders a police officer. There are some 53 pieces of evidence linking Oswald to the murder. There are zero pieces of evidence linking anyone else. Oswald = Guilty!

@DoubleR666 No, the acoustics evidence does not "stand". The "acoustic evidence" was nothing but a hoax, and has since been disproven.

This assassination was a coup de tat. The violent overthrow of a government by force. Americans hash this out year after year, because they can't or won't admit that they had a s. american style overthrow.
"Rush to Judgement" has many of the witnesses from dealey plaza.Every American should watch it.

tonyclifton: The acoustic evidence wasn't provided 'by' the HSCA but TO it; The dictabelt recording was from a mic keyed ON from 3 min. before to 8 min AFTER the shooting -- it was examined & HSCA finding upheld by a major UK scientific group. Besides, what do you mean, 'it was ruled...'? Also: Even with a shorter barrel at 30" the broken-down Carcano was too long as a witness described Oswald holding the 'rods', between his armpit & cupped fingers. LHO had no trace of gunpowder residue on him.
