I CANT understand how this could happen... "What would I do" is the only logical way of presenting this question.
Well... I think this shows exactly what some of us did... Not a god damn thing!!!
Why not??? The only reason I can think of would be due to fear of not getting medical care for myself or child if given an emergency situation... The fear of no one caring or helping you is very powerful force and can prevent others from speaking up... THIS IS AMERICA!!!! HELLO!!!! CAN YOU SPEAK UP??

So she died in a Hospital many do....
Her family came over from Jamaica and lives it up on Food Stamps and Welfare and now they are suing the hospital because their mother did not take care of her health and died in the waiting room?
You HYPOCRITES..how many Vets died in the VA waiting room....where is their families million dollar settlement...where is the outrage dickheads?
Why should this Jamaican woman come over here LIVE OFF of other working Americans and sit around and collect welfare?

PASS THIS ON TO FEDERAL PROSECUTORS:
Not many people will remember that in the early 1980's Kings County Hospital was turning away dying patients and emergencies brought to the hospital because they couldn't pay. This led to a City policy that hospitals had to take indigent emergencies. This hospital has a LONG record and pattern of turning away the poor. SOMEONE SHOULD LOOK INTO A RICO PROSECUTION OF THIS HOSPITAL.

The people involved in the neglect of this poor woman should hope and pray that this doesn't happen to their own loved ones... because from the way things look now, it's most likely to happen again................. and again.
