18" AA Audio Mayhem, Hifonics XXV COLOSSUS amp, loud.....

Here is a video of the new TMH designed set-up. It is the HIFONICS XXV amp, an 18" AA audio Mayhem, 6 Panasonic batteries, 3/0 welding cable... Will have better videos up soon as we get it dialed in, but this thing is amazingly loud lol. Also, it's hard to see in video I guess, but this thing is flexing like a S.O.B

Clamped them at 2,885 RMS each(running 2 18's in a wall with 2 colossus xxv now)

nice vid dude!! been watching them all, i bought an explorer and build it with 4 12" but i´m planning on getting just a pair of 18" , what´s the box size? those are 4 6" ports right?? very nice multi baffle box :D

Thanks! its a 8C.F box with 4 4" aero ports. It's a 3 layer baffle too :) Be sure to check out the new videos I have up with the 2 18" in a wall

Any idea why I can't seem to get much power out of this amp before the clipping signal goes off? I have a 250A alternator, big 3 upgrade, Stinger SP2150 trunk battery, and all necessary cables, hooked up correctly. Can't seem to get this amp to put out the power it's rated at before it clips. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Alright thats cool, would this setup be ok? Two CVR's D4 12 (I was going to pick type R's but CVR's give more SPL, sacrificing SQ though!), L Ported box tuned to 33hz running down to a Hifonics 1608D amplifier which does 1400-1600wrms @ 1 ohm, I'd notch the gain so amp only outputs 1200, that way im overpowering by 400 watts RMS (CVR's take a beating).

@slammedblackpgt i checked them all my friend, very nice!! but even doing that awesome number, it´s a wall, that doesn´t sorprise me at all, what´s awesome it´s that 150.6 with a single 18" and 3K watts, damn!!!
