Yeah you know very well how to use ur burn tool. Also you know how to increase and decrease your brush size .... and you are trying to show off with this stuff ?
I did that a bit better the first day I worked with my PS!

Its simple if you know your photoshop. Burn, smaller burn to make the scratch, desaturate, curves then fill in the background.
