PIERRE: POLICE BRUTALITY

POLICE BRUTALITY!!!!!!! BEXAR COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE!

This incident occurred Saturday night. This is my husband he is a paranoid schizophrenic and was being per sued by police for an unknown reason. As I opened my front door I saw him driving by our house at a rolling drive maybe 2 mph. 1 Sheriff car behind him. We live next door to a convenient store where he turned around and parked in our driveway. The officer jumped out of his vehicle, gun drawn demanding him to get out of the vehicle. I begged and pleaded with the officer to allow me to talk him out of the car advising the him over and over of his mental condition, which by now I'm was sure he was now having an anxiety attack. The officer turned to me and demanded I "back up" while he then pepper sprayed my brother. Eventually he was talked out of the vehicle and advised to put his hands on his head and get to his knees, which he did. About 3 more officers arrived of scene and as soon as he was on his knees the initial officer pushed him down and the remaining officers jumped on top of him as well. Knees in his back, placing him in a choke hold, and repeatedly smashing his face down into the concrete. Trying to subdue him this type of action continued for about 10-15 mins. During the attack he was tazed multiple times while yelling "I'm a schizo and I'm scared." After he was contained he was then drug to the police car, and no one was allowed to see him after that point. We were told he was being taken to University hospital to be checked out and from there to the Magistrates office to be mirandadize, then to the county jail.

Well he never made it out of the hospital. He is currently in ICU in police custody. He is in a drug induced coma. He has a closed head injury that is causing a hemorrhage in the back of his brain, his kidneys are going into renal failure and he is on dialysis. He has a condition called Rhabdomyolysis which is stemming from the trauma his muscles endured.

We were unable to get assistance from anyone! Hospital would inform us he was not there and sheriffs office continually gave us the run around and left so many unanswered questions. We were not allowed to visit until today which is Monday and for a brief 15 minutes. We were told by the shift commander at the county jail who contacted the hospital that his injuries were sustained during the car crash stemming from the police chase. THERE WAS NO CRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have at least 5 additional witnesses that watched the entire ordeal unfold as well as a recording that I took on my camera.

Someone please help us do something about this, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Omg really. First off he should not be driving his vehicle if he's off his meds. And I know excactlly where that took place cause I live a few streets away. I pass by there all the time and c u idiots walking the streets and I bet he takes his meds now that he wants to sue the county. But once it's done and over with the fuk tard will be right bak on the streets without taking his meds and then be a danger to himself and others.
