This report is about misconceptions and that behind some seemingly fun stories there is a human tragedy. The 37 man is disabled person, that suffers from a birth trauma. He was not drunk as it appeared in the news piece (0:33). At the time viewers thought he was a drunkard and made fun of him, some used his images to make funny posters. When they realized they made fun of a disabled man, they felt ashamed, some people raised funds to help him and his mother.

Да никогда над Юрием не смеялись. Всегда смеялись над Чумазиком. Это как путать актёра с его персонажем! Кто считает что глядя на Чумазика люди смеются над больным человеком, а не над ситуацией, тот просто дурак!

When I saw the first images with the interview and this guy, I loughed a lot, thinking that he is the funniest drunk guy I've ever seen... But than I found out about his medical satus, and I'm really emaressed. I appologize... greatings from ROMANIA.
