@LAWMANrackofribs Agreed. I was just trying to add some clarity to the string of comments above.

@kyleheaden1 As a resident and born in the UK, I know about everything you just said. However it is not about wether we are british or not, it is about how taylor hackford is ignorant, even though his partner is English.

@LAWNMANrackofribs I think he didn't know that's why he said UK.
-
@ACTRESSEOPR No, it is not, England is part of the UK, in which the UK is a combination of four countries. Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and England. Your comment would insult alot of people in the UK especially from Wales, scotland and Norhtern Ireland.

@LAWMANrackofribs In a way Taylor Hakcford is right. It is another way of saying England.

@suziescott2007 It's called football beacuse it is played with the foot, not like your american football, but you americans have to call it differently to be more special.American football is an imitation of the original game RUGBY.Australia has australian football but they diden't change the name of original football like you did!!!
@LAWMANrackofribs Taylor Hackford it is not the UK who is playing. It is ENGLAND. Get your facts right mate

@LAWMANrackofribs The United Kingdom is a sovereign state. It is itself a country, which contains four countries (as confusing as that might seem). The UK has national administrations as well as a government. I don't find it offensive, I think people who refuse to be 'British' and would rather be 'English' or 'Welsh' are rather confused about what really is important. In world affairs and business, we are the United Kingdom. The individual countries remain because of history.
