  • @wildernessoutfitters My grandparents taught us not to waste any thing after skinning & prepping the kill as much as possible we cut the rest of it up in to pieces that would fit in to a pot to be boiled down in to a stock for soups, casseroles, and chili beans do the the same as you would do to make chicken & dumplings.

  • @jazzplayer9 The fat makes the meat go bad or rancid faster.

  • why would you cut fat off the meat?

  • @SuburbanShinobi8000 Plus, What Muslim Eat is Mostly, Dear, and Cows. Never a pig those.

  • Damn it, this is making me Hunger now.

  • IN all fairness this is a very good how to video, probably the best I've seen, for home. But it's a bad video because it does not follow the Pathfinder philosophy of function and results quickly. This is not a slam against you personally. In a survival situation I really like the "Deadeye Deer processing, way" far better. There are some videos here on youtube check them out. I try to learn something from everyone that I can.

  • Do not get me wrong here but i think that it's not very artistic , what i mean is you not de-bone the hind legs and pelvis the best way possible. The way i was shown was to 1 ) find the bone closer to the surface 2 ) make a cut to that bone ( parallel to it ) 3 ) " skin " the meat from the bone. What that does is you get one major piece of meat and not bits and pieces. Overall a great instructional video , not a lot of people know about the "fish" ( even in Greece we call it that way lol )

  • Great video, but isnt it illegal to kill white tail deer? Pennsylvania state animal and all.

  • despite what some of you say, this was actually a very useful and educational video.
