Hey Stubbs -- You guys should create the first "cooking can" that's not made of aluminum and paint -- why not use a cooking metal (shaped like a beer can -- wider opening at the top). The beer can is for convenience or bbq'in away from home (park or such) but when at home whipping the "Stubbs Can" out (fit with stand maybe?) would be all the better (healthier too).

Couple pointers: While you have the cooking spray out, give a once around the can. It will help make the chicken just slide off when done. Also, let the chicken rest for 7-10 mins before slicing into it. Otherwise you'll lose all those juices you've worked so hard to produce.

Stubb's is top Notch. I actually have a stand that has a ring at the bottom to roast veggies. It catches some of the dripping. Damn taste. Got it at BBQMonkey. com
heineken half full with old bay mixed in, cyan pepper, garlic power, onion power, celery seed, paprika and oregano mixed together for the out side and half an onion stuffed in the neck is how i do it and its GREAT! juicy and tender and full of flavor.
