Through DMH, there are programs that fund individual and group mental health services such as MHSA and Wrap Around. You would need a clinical therapist to diagnose and collaborate with you (co-treat in group setting, or also providing 1:1 sessions in addition to OT's 1:1 mental health session).

wow I thought that social workers where the ones that dealt with this stuff. I'm interested in this career because it combines not only therapy but a variety of other different things such as cooking and art as activities to help people's mental health. Good Job, and as they say in the orchestra Bravo!

Most community-based mental heath programs receive funding so that they are free for participants. (From the Department of Mental Health, private institutions, etc).
