In order to make spanakopita, you'll need:
- 2kg (4lbs) of fresh or frozenspinach leaves (no stems)
- Fistful of chopped dill
- Fistful of chopped fresh parsley
- 7 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil (to keep phyllo pastry moist)
-300g of greek style Feta cheese
- 10 sheets of phyllo dough

Beer: Gallo Cerveza, Guatemala

Para fazer spanakopita, voce vai precisar de:
- 2kg de folhas de espinafre (frescas ou congeladas)
- Punhado de aneto fresco, picado
-Punhado de salsinha fresca, picada
- 7 bastoes de cebolinha, picados
- 2 ovos
-Azeite (para manter o folhado umido)
- 300g de queijo Feta estilo grego
- 10 folhas de massa folhada

rather unorthodox from the traditional methods however it seems to have turned out well!!
using a ready filo for this would be considered a sin !!
