You know, I highly doubt that you and I are very far apart - in fact, I bet we are very similiar.
I would bet that we both want the same things - roof over our heads, safe community for our children, honest work for an honest days pay, etc...
It's the same thing that EVERYONE in the world wants - yes, that includes Iranians & Iraqies & even Afghans.
I'll leave you with the only truth I know..

On the welfare and whites you are only telling half the story. When you look at long term use of welfare and multi-generational cases the picture is more lopsided. In proportion to their population their is not as large a percentage of whites on welfare as blacks. In Minnesota their is another factor. 44% of black men date outside their race. If it results in a young white mother that ends up on welfare can you really blame a white male?

First Democrats owned slaves then a Republican president ended that. Next you tormented them and lynched them and confined them to segregated schools and neighborhoods. You charged them Poll taxes so they couldn't vote. Now you control them through welfare and limits on education. It's all about control. You love to control people. You claim that Republicans want to control what goes on in the bedroom but, you try to control everything outside of it.

I never said ALL Republicans are racists - they are not - but the south most certainly is - that's why Wallace won there. I mean c'mon, is it your honest contention that whites who hate blacks, gays, mexicans, arabs, or any other minority are DEMOCRATS today? LMAO, please!!!
Oh, and now you are saying it's the Dems fault that "blacks fail in school"? What happened to personal responsibility?
P.S - there are far more white people on welfare then blacks. Of course you didn't know that.

If republicans were the racist that you claim they are then they would have jumped at the chance to elect a white segragationist as president. As history will show; They did not. You want racism? Democrats aligned with teachers unions to keep black children in failing public schools. Example; Obama ended the DC voucher program. Democrats who created the welfare system that keeps blacks in poverty and rewards women to have children out of wedlock. Democrats are the black persons worst enemy.

Buddy, you are all over the place - what exactly is your point? I already stated that the south was democratic leading up to the Civil RIghts legislation - duh. However, it quickly turned REPUBLICAN AFTER that legislation as the racist dems moved to the Republican side and the Repubs continued to be symapthetic to pro-segregationalists & the like. You asked why Wallace didn't beat Nixon - HE DID, IN 5 STATES IN THE SOUTH. But of course he didn't win in the north or any other civilized region.

The south was traditionally democrat and they went for Wallace. BTW. Wallace was later re-elected as the Gov of Alabama with many blacks voting for him. BTW.
